By boarding your pet(s) with ADD+CT, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Opening Hours & Inspections

• Reception (Check-in & Check-out):
  • Monday–Saturday: 9:30–11:30 AM & 4:00–5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 4:00–5:30 PM
• Arrive at least 20 minutes before closing.
• Out-of-hours arrivals/departures: By prior arrangement only.
• Inspections: By appointment only; not available during school holidays or long weekends.
• Closures: Australia Day, Anzac Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, or substitute holidays. Other public holidays may have limited pick-up/drop-off. Occasional closures may occur – please confirm in advance.

2. Accommodation

• Standard suites include bedding, toys, and premium meals.
• Pets may be relocated if necessary.
• Special diets accommodated if supplied, pre-portioned & labelled.
• Small personal items allowed at owner’s risk; twin-share suites do not allow personal items.
• Dogs receive daily exercise; cats may access private outdoor areas.

3. Peak & Non-Peak Periods

• Shared Accommodation (Dogs): Dogs must be comfortable sharing a kennel and exercise space.
• Single Suites: Limited availability.
  • Non-peak: $80/day | Peak: $100/day
  • For dogs with special requirements (size, temperament, breed, health, age).
• Date Changes: Allowed only with written notice ≥30 days before check-in; otherwise full charges apply.

4. Fees & Cancellations

• Fees due at admission; card/EFTPOS surcharge applies.
• Daily boarding is per pet; final day free if picked up 9:30–11:30 AM (except public holidays).
• Long-stay discount: 10% for stays ≥40 days.
• Holiday deposits: Christmas/New Year $200/pet; Easter $100/pet. Must be paid by confirmation date.
• Holiday cancellations: Non-refundable $100.
• Refunds >30 days: deposit minus fee; ≤30 days: non-refundable.
• Non-peak cancellations <48 hours: $50 fee.

5. Services

• Medication: original packaging, labelled; $2/dose; injectables not administered.
• Complimentary bath/dry for dogs ≥5 days.
• Special diets accommodated if supplied.
• Home pickup/delivery: Mon/Wed/Fri (excluding public holidays) 7:00–8:30 AM, $70/pet each way. Boarding fee applies; discounts for multiple pets.

6. Digital Media Consent

Clients permit ADD+CT to photograph/record pets during boarding for marketing purposes.

7. General Boarding Conditions

• Vaccinations: Dogs must have a current C5 vaccination; cats must have a current F3 vaccination or above. If any vaccinations have been missed, they must be administered at least 14 days before boarding.
• Age restrictions: In accordance with Victoria’s Code of Practice, ADD+CT does not admit dogs younger than 4 months or cats younger than 3 months, except in special circumstances approved by management.
• ADD+CT may treat fleas/ticks; costs charged at check-out.
• Right to Refuse Service: ADD+CT may refuse admission or request early collection for aggressive or unmanageable pets.
• Veterinary care may be obtained at client’s expense.
• ADD+CT is not liable for illness, injury, loss, or death.
• Unclaimed Pets: Pets not collected by the agreed date may be disposed of in accordance with the Domestic (Feral and Nuisance) Animals Act 1994.
• Shared Housing: Twin-share only (max 2 dogs per pen) unless single suite booked.

8. Agreement to Terms

By boarding pets with ADD+CT, you accept these terms. The latest version is available at www.adogsdomain.com.au and may be updated without notice.
